Corcovado National Park / Osa Pensinsula: Hike through the amazing world of the tree giants, of bright-red Heliconia, whirling humming birds and noisy monkeys.
The tropical warmth provides this land with unlimited growth, which is home for an incredible variety of species. This excursion leads us through primary and secondary rainforest at Corcovado National Park, all across Osa Peninsula in the Southwest of the country down to the Pacific coast. This Costa Rican landscape is hardly explored, and whoever experiences this precious pearl in the sweat of his brow (in the true meaning of the expression), will be highly rewarded: the immense variety of species of flora and fauna that can be found here is unique, and the jungle atmosphere at the ranger and research stations where we stay overnight beats any luxury hotel lodge.

Services included: 1x ON Leona Tent Camp or similar, 2x ON Shelter at La Sirena Ranger Station (Dormitory style rooms with bunk beds/shared bathrooms or tent), 1x ON Agua Luna or similar. 3x breakfast, 1x box lunch, 1x lunch, 3x dinner Guide: English-speaking, naturalist guide day 1 (noon) to day 4 (in the afternoon) Transfers: Transfer Pto. Tour may begin any date depending mainly on availability at La Sirena, which are often sold out and can only be confirmed on short notice. In case tents will be used in La Sirena, these will have to be carried by the participants. A porter can be arranged, against a surcharge. Minimum participants: 02 PAX.
